She graduated from Bina Nusantara University majoring in Computer Accounting. She started her career immediately after she finished her study in 2004 as a Junior System Engineer at an authorized software reseller company in Jakarta, and in early 2005 she started her career in an insurance company. Natalia has a career in Insurance companies from 2005 to 2021 with her last position as General Manager of Finance & Accounting and hold AAAIK degree from AAMAI to support her work in Insurance Industry
