Shintawati completed her undergraduate education at Bina Nusantara University majoring in Computer Science in 2003, and achieved her master of management degree (M.M) for Professional Business Management in 2021 from Bina Nusantara Business School. Shintawati started her career in the Insurance Industry from 2003 in several Insurance companies and also Insurance brokers which makes Shintawati have experiences in marketing and placement services. Join with Talisman Insurance brokers in 2020. To support her career in Insurance brokers, Shintawati also has certification of CIIB (Certified Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers) from APARI and Insurance broker competency Level 7 from The National Professional Certification (BNSP) Indonesia
